General information
- Room rate = $279 plus fees and taxes and reduced resort fee of $26 plus tax. Billing = individual pays own.
- Room reservations must be made on or before July 5, 2025. Reservation requests after this date will be subject to hotel availability at the rack rate.
- Reminder: Room specific requests are requests and the hotel will do their best to accommodate.
Parking
Discounted overnight Gaylord self-parking passes are available to tradeshow attendees staying at the Gaylord hotel. The hotel's front desk team will apply a code for attendees who self park.
- Discounted self-parking = $17+tax daily
Regular (non-discount) parking rates for day guests:
Self parking: Hourly = $17+ tax | Daily = $25+ tax
Standard Valet Parking: Daily = $45 + tax (overnight parking fees include in/out privileges)
